At ChemTreat, caring for water extends beyond our customers’ operations and into the communities we serve. Recently, we donated $50,000 to the James River Association, strengthening a partnership that supports river restoration, education, and advocacy across Virginia. Since 2016, ChemTreat teams have joined JRA in hands-on efforts like tree planting, invasive species removal, and shoreline cleanups—bringing our mission of water stewardship to life.
This initiative, supported by both our Culture Council and executive leadership, reflects the values that drive our people every day. We’re proud to welcome AQUAFIDES as the newest affiliate of Trojan Technologies. AQUAFIDES is a European leader in UV disinfection solutions headquartered in Austria with operations in Germany and Switzerland and is known for its engineering excellence and deep experience in UV systems that meet the stringent requirements for drinking water in Europe. By joining forces, we’re increasing our capacity to serve customers across Europe and beyond and opening new opportunities for innovation across our global network.

The Development Accelerator Program is a unique initiative created to help high-performing associates on our Production team prepare for business, technical, and professional roles within Trojan Technologies. The program was created to recognize and accelerate the strong potential within our Production teams, helping talented associates explore new paths and expand their impact across the organization.
The program is an important reflection of our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and supporting every team member’s journey toward long-term career growth and success. It's yet another example of the many ways that our associates have the power to make things possible at Trojan Technologies.
Give back to your local and global communities
In recent years, our team members have removed thousands of pounds of waste from public greenspaces, participated in annual recycling and cleanup events, and volunteered at food banks and animal shelters, in addition to supporting community fundraisers and awareness-raising programs.
